Privacy policy

This policy describes how AI Zombie Video processes information when you use aizombievideo.org. You can delete stored media in your account. Customer email support and full account deletion requests are not available yet; see /contact.

Photos and generated videos

We use uploaded photos to prepare and generate your requested video. Photos are stored in a private bucket with a random identifier, linked to your visitor session or signed-in account and sent to the configured AI processing providers for generation and safety checks. Our photo storage deletes uploaded photos after 30 days through a scheduled cleanup. Videos remain in storage until you delete them. Access requires your session; processing providers receive a signed photo link that expires after 24 hours. Provider retention policies may differ. Do not upload photos without permission.

Visitor sessions and payments

An essential HttpOnly cookie identifies your visitor session so you can recover drafts, video credits and results in the same browser. Google sign-in binds this browser’s guest assets to your account so you can access them on another device. Unclaimed guest assets require the original browser cookie; clearing it may remove access. Signing out prevents that old guest cookie from accessing claimed assets. Stripe processes payment details. We retain order references, purchased credits and payment status; we do not store full card numbers.

Analytics

Optional analytics cookies are disabled unless you allow them through Analytics preferences. You may change that preference at any time. Analytics is not used for advertising.

Your choices

You can view your orders and credits and delete stored photos, videos and drafts from your signed-in account. Full profile deletion and a manual privacy support channel are not available yet. We may need to retain payment records where legally required. This service is intended for adults. Use an authorized photo and follow the publishing platform's AI disclosure requirements.
