Terms of service

By using AI Zombie Video at aizombievideo.org, you agree to these terms. See /contact for current support availability.

Authorized use

Only upload photos you own or are authorized to use. Obtain the subject's permission and any required guardian consent. Do not use the service for harassment, impersonation, explicit material, unlawful content or misleading representations of real events. Clearly label AI-generated content when required by the platform where you publish it.

Purchases and video credits

Packages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. One generation costs one video credit. Credits do not expire. A provider-confirmed generation failure returns the reserved credit. A submission whose acceptance cannot be confirmed may require support review before its credit can be released. Payment confirmation must be verified by the server; a successful browser redirect alone does not grant credits.

Results and delivery

AI-generated results may differ from the photo or your expectations. Generation is asynchronous and processing time varies with provider availability. We do not guarantee likeness, emotional impact, views or virality. Keep your video link, or sign in to retrieve results from your account across devices. Add music only when you have the appropriate rights.

Support and refund requests

Manual support and payment refunds are not available yet; see /contact for service status. Returning a failed generation's credit does not refund the original payment. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.
